What Are Buyer Alerts?
Buyer alerts are a notification service. You register your buying criteria with us — suburbs, price range, bedrooms, property type — and we notify you when a property matching that profile becomes available.
The Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 (WA) requires us to have written authority from the vendor before disclosing a property to buyers, even off-market. Alert lists are built only from properties the vendor has explicitly authorised for proactive outreach.
